Office and Laboratories Building

The office and laboratory building is located in the central area of the city of Mar del Plata. In a 400m2 lot, it is a developed modern building project with a 2,500m2 work space. The building is primarily intended for the research and development of the firm's specific activities. It proposes a connection through its ground floor between the areas of clinical analysis of the institute on Rivadavia street and the new institutional space of the firm on San Martin street. The building tries to mark a milestone of innovation and architectural modernity for the city and to collaborate in the development and growth of the neighborhood.
